I've been fortunate to work alongside some very talented writers, artists and photographers during the design of these books. The witty and talented Sarah-Jane Szikora has become a friend. Kim Donaldson sat beside me for hours as I laid out the 220 pages of his elaborate AFRICA journal. Working with Tony Newton and Judith Perle on their excellent book THE NETWORK EFFECT was a very rewarding collaboration. And to spend hours with the late Eve Arnold in her Mayfair apartment, poring over original contact sheets from Marilyn photoshoots was just fabulous.
